wah liao so long...

eeks i've been lazy. really lazy. no seriously i had some serious stuff going on so i decided to wait for the result to come out first before i start blogging again. yeah this is real. meaning i wasn't lazy (yay) and this is not some excuse.

so lets see, i've stop posting since march, so let me just sum up my life this past few months:

march: argh i can't really remember what happen already. what i'm pretty sure was there must be a project going on somewhere, crazy assignment, and preparations for the finals in april. so there. owh , i recalled, i started applying for scholarship during this month. you know what i sincerely thought about scholarship application? i'm flabbergasted that these people can actually retrieve hell lots of private information of you and your family. parents income, tax form, employers form, birth certificates and the likes. wow, i'm trying to apply for a scholarship and there might be a possibility that i might not get it but the company will eventually know everything about me? and my family? i don't mind giving it to you AFTER i'm shortlisted but for now i'm not really happy with how PRIVATE information can be retrieved so easily just for an application. no.

april: april fool! too bad it's on a weekend, there's no class, and we're all grown up and we don't pull pranks on people anymore wtf. it's a pretty safe april fools day ever, i swear, and this day i received an email telling me that i'm shortlisted for one of the scholarship that i applied for. and i thought it was a joke wtf. i mean , what a coincidence? luckily it wasn't as my dad called to enquire. *phew* oh yeah, and i was painting in one of my friends room. now i recalled, submission was on 28 march. now i have to add on some details in march. and the interview for the scholarship and portfolio fell on the same day. portfolio went quite well. but i was terribly late for the interview. i won't be divulging details of the interview though, but i have to say the macaroons from bakerzin at takashimaya in orchard road was sinfully tasty. really glad that my roomie tag along as well, my phone betrayed me in singapore! how dare you. but i have to say i really enjoy orchard road at night, with street performance, 1 dollar ice creams, the shopping malls, the architecture that surrounds it (seriously! ), and i recommend the food court in ion orchard. it's not just some food court people, you have to check it out by yourself :) ate some food, but spent most of the time walking and shopping and window shopping. didn't take pictures as i was in office wear, i mean interview wear, all preppy and smart *smirks* will do next time i'm there k?

most of my friends started leaving by early april but me and my roomie and 3 of the guys decided to stay for a few days to watch the final thesis presentation by our seniors, and of course too see them being grilled by the panels wtf. but i thought it was kinda nice cos there's 5 of us, and one of the guys has a car, so we fitted in nicely. went all the way to city square just for dinner, it was a detour actually because we wanted to go to danga bay but it rained fml. and we had drinks at the mamak till late night, the next day we went to sushi king in jusco taman u for the sushi bonaza thingy and pigged out. it rained at night again and but we all had dinner together and chatted nonsense. hey i thought it was pretty good cause as coursemate we don't pretty much have the time to really get to know each other, and i swear there wasn't a boring moment cause one of them is the "class" clown and the other is like his partner in crime. the guy with the car went home next day, and we rented a car , drove ourselves to *i forgot the name of the mall* for mexican food, then rush over to bukit indah jusco for a walk, hey there wasnt any shops left at 9, and then to mcd's for dessert, got lost on the way back, and i left my phone in the car. i know i'm that careless. lucky the owner of the car was kind and honest enough to give it back to me, i love you so much muaks muaks muaks.

may: i love the month of may. ok maybe partly it's because my birthday is in may, but i like to think of may as spring time, you know, nice weather, flowers blossoming, good spirits? ok for birthdays i planned a bbq party, but the cake was a disaster fml. couldn't make the icing so i don't want to talk about it wtf. but what i'm really excited is i scored the interview! yayayayay!!! i would say that it's the best present ever, and now i'm deciding on which camera to buy cause i freaking need one to picture up all the projects that i've been doing. so there, see why i like may so much?
