i have my rights

oops, i have been slacking. *blush* so now i'll be updating my life, and rant on the mean time, about what have been happening lately.

studio classes are as hectic as ever, and i'm beginning to think that the studiomasters take pride in saying the phrase "as usual, u'll have no weekends". they pile us up with crazy amounts of assignments that sometimes i think , if i go through all of this by the end of 5 years, i'll be able to accomplish anything. i mean anything that the world throws on me. seriously. finish 2 models at the scale of 1:25 and hand in by monday? check.(that was given on friday). having less than 4 hours of sleep on average, and not sleeping occasionally but still consious enough to attend classes? check. sometimes i think the studiomasters forgot that we actually have a life other than doing their assignments and attending studio classes!! oh gosh, studio classes will always be a love-hate relationship for me.

something HUGE happen last weekend too. coming from a different state, i didn't knew that people actually fear him. can u imagine that there was more than 6 people frantically searching for the state flag when i was in the bookstore? and the stories that i heard from not wearing THAT thing,? being beaten up and fined? i live in a campus where wifi sucks, and i don't have access to the newspapers sometimes, so if theres some big news that have been announce i wouldn't know!! and if it is compulsory for all of us to wear something like that, please inform, and i'll gladly follow.

my uni is in a war of papers as well. the canteen is in a ugly sight of paper posters, asking us students to vote for them. hello? am i all left out or what? i havent heard from you candidates, nor do i know what do you stand for so stop shoving me paper/banners/notes asking me to vote for you! what is wrong with the whole thing? my mail box was spam with email stating that if i don't vote i'll have to write some showcause letter. excuse me, choosing not to vote is part of my rights too, if i believe that non of you people stand for what i believe in, and in this case, i don't even know who are you, and why do they you want us to vote for you!!. everything is in a state of confusion. why vote if you don't even know whats going on?

in the end i was actually forced to vote. fine. but choosing who to vote is utterly depressing because its a waste of time, and i might not have choosed the right person for the right job. shouldn't the candidates come to us and rally on what and why they are being chose on? this ain't democracy to me, and it's a total waste of papers and ink from the photocopying machine.

well, at least there was an apple and soya. what!? i thought we should be practicing how this goes and actually use our right to vote for real when we turn 21! voters and candidates alike! things will never change if this continues, and i have given up all hopes on politics. money and power wins all the time, and don't tell me that i'm wrong.

for know i'll be busing myself on making that model (yes, theres one more to hand in tomorrow), and pray that all the ugly and useless posters will be gone by next day. it's an absolute eyesore.
