of thick and glossy books

books are like candy to me sometimes, they have a magnetic field that will attract me to hold them, turn the pages, and sigh at the sight of those wonderful pictures that are in it, and they are especially sweet when it comes with glossy pages, and filled with colorful and insightful pictures. books that pages turned yellow are treasures to me, in a sense the book has turn into a somewhat antic, and the other, people might think i might be reading since ages ago, heh. but loving books and buying them are a whole lot different thing. paperback novels are affordable, but thick and glossy and picturesque book cost a bomb! especially in my country. basheer came today to seduce me with their collection of books once more, and again i fell in love with all the titles that they have brought in. if only the prices quoted are cheaper, then i can afford to buy as many of them as i want to. someday i will get my hands on the expensive books. someday.

human beings are like books also, you can't judge them by thier cover. often i am shocked by how i missjudge a person just by judging thier image, and so many times i have been fooled. gosh, i'll never judge a person by thier looks again. ever. if only reading a person's character is like looking at a piece of paper, then life will be so much easier, no?

the rain has fall. thank you God, for letting me dry my clothes in the afternoon when it was suppose to rain. thank you for letting the sun out,and thank you for hearing my prayers. sometimes i get caught up in life and assignments that my feet left the ground. i don't know how long the rain will last, but i hope it won't rain too heavily later at 5.30pm when i'm heading for my french classes. and i pray that the leaches will leave me alone when i head to Teluk Gorek at Mersing this weekend. more pictures then! and au revoir for now.
