beginnings

new year! new me! new everything!

yeah right, i started the first day of school mute because i lost my voice due to a throat infection. it got worst and fever and flu came as a side effect. i'm better now but i sound like a stuffed animal for now. boo. *must get well soon before homework starts piling up*

this year i'm quite happy because we've got really really dedicated teachers who can teach 3 hours straight,(and they are always on time!!! and i have 8am class!! can't oversleep this semester :( ) and they really really know their stuff. whoa. this also means that the workload will be so much more if compared to the last semester and i have to work twice as more if i want to get an A from any of them. :( but i would rather have a good, dedicated and strict teacher who wouldn't simply give out A's than one who would just throw an A to anybody at all.

anyways, i watched a hindi film "3 idiots" yesterday and it was a surprisingly refreshing hindu movie. because normally, a hindi movie will run along the storyline of a family drama, someone got murdered, people seeking revenge, tons of people dancing at a picturesque place, and so on. but this movie is different. it's about a guy telling us that whatever you're doing now, make sure you have passion for it. if there's passion, then you're bound to succeed, and people will come to you, even with their pants down.

this movie is filled with funny quotes and tales of friendship that will warm your hearts. it's a 2 hour long movie, but there isn't a boring part where i would've skipped.

movies aside, studio has just started and i got mr. jak as my studio master(yay!!) . and we're going to go to batam!!

and my roommate is so in love with a person that she's making everything so awkward. pfft.

"all is well"

:)
